Sorry it has taken me a little bit to Blog, but needless to say, it's been busy. I know most of you who read our Blog know most of this info, but here goes. All went well last week. Molly was born 18.5 inches long, 6lbs 14 oz. And very healthy. Thank God for that. We are so blessed to have 2 beautiful girls. Samantha is slowly adjusting to life with her new sister. We have had MANY temper tantrums and a couple of scares, but overall she is doing well. We are so thankful to have Mom Little and Emily, Peter's sister, here to help and visit. It's so nice to not have to cook dinner. :) And I think Peter is really enjoying his mom's cooking too! Molly is sleeping well at night, which really is an answer to my prayers. I had a rough time with Samantha. So all in all, I can truly say Praise God!
Here is Molly on day one. Already looking alert.
She really is a very mellow baby.

Samantha likes to hold her sister. Here, Molly wasn't so thrilled.

Molly is a little jaundice. So we were told to put her in the sun. She already is a true Florida girl... soaking up the rays.
The girls again.

Thank you to everyone that kept our family in their prayers. We felt them.

She is beautiful, you guys! Congratulations!
I remember very well those days of bringing home a newborn for each child to have to get used to. I think it affected the first born more than the second. The first born is used to more individual attention and doesn't like to have to share Mommy and Daddy time. I'm sure she'll do fine. It'll just take some time. =)
Sweet pictures. I love the one of Molly in the sun. Very cute.
She is absolutely beautiful, Julie!! Again - LOVE her name!!!!
I love the picture of Molly in the sun. You should print that up and frame it, Maybe look and see how it looks in black and white or in browns. Molly is so Tan she could pass as one of my babies. LOL :)
Miss you,
OHHHHHH So cute!!! Hey - what they do not tell you with jaundice is feed more often!!! The 3 hour schedule backfired on me with Ryan b/c he was jaundiced and not eating as much. (He was a fake sucker:)) So, if you still have problems, feed about 2 hrs apart instead until it clears.
Hope everything is going well. Don't worry about food on next Sunday night's get together- you don't need that stress. I'll handle it :) And TELL ME if another time or date is better WE CAN CHANGE --NOOO PROBLEM. I want it to be low stress for you recovering--no back talk!!
PS - Hit those tantrums head on - they WONT get any better!! :) From a Mommy who knows.
