So my mom, being the very intelligent woman that she is, sent me a package in the mail. She knows her daughter well. After hearing news that I was not decorating for Christmas, she got busy with fixing that. You see, she knows that if I woke up Christmas morning and there was not a single light or decoration in the house, I would fall apart. Understanding that doing a whole tree would be very difficult to decorate and keep standing, she bought me a small one foot fake tree. In the box, she included a tree, lights, balls, garland, and ribbon that said Mommy and me, so Samantha and I could do it together. Great mom! I was so surprised and excited when I got it. Thanks mom. We love our tree.

I am very happy that you can find it cozy with the girls, even though Pete can't be there. I wish I could see Sammie's face looking at the pretty lights. Kiss them alot for me!!!
- alittle concerned for the electic lights in the powder room by the water for sammie, you might end up even frying a cat or two.maybe they all will need to wear jingle bells for the holiday season, so you can hear where they are like we made Puffo and Shaddy wear. I will send you some. Mom
