Mommy's "little" helper

I have great memories of being a child and going to the grocery store with my mom. She always tried to make it fun and educational by getting me involved with the normally boring and tedious event. I remember bringing my own shopping cart and being able to push it around as we collected cheese, apples, and hot dogs. It thrills my heart that now I can do this with Sammie. She had so much fun shopping with me on Saturday. Of course, she had baby and purse in tow. Overall, she did really well. She did want to stick stuff in her cart that I was not intending to buy. And of course, we bumped into a few people, but mostly, just the back of my foot. OUCH!
